Asian Waldorf Doll Boy
After making 2 small waldorf dolls for my sons, I’ve decided to make a bigger Asian waldorf doll boy for him. I’ve designed the doll to have brown eyes and brown straight hair for the Asian look.
And I’ve also designed anklet for the doll as Chinese’s style’s anklet my son wears.
Tada!..Here’s our Asian waldorf doll…
For me, He’s a waldorf doll boy. And we named him MILK.
หลังจากทำตุ๊กตาวอลดอร์ฟตัวเล็กให้กับน้องริวมาสองตัว บิ๋มก็ตัดสินใจทำตุ๊กตาวอลดอร์ฟตัวใหญ่ขึ้นโดยตั้งใจให้มีลักษณะออกแนวเอเชียนค่ะ ก็เลยออกแบบให้ตุ๊กตามีตาสีน้ำตาลและผมเป็นเส้นตรงสีน้ำตาล พร้อมกำไลข้อเท้าเหมือนที่น้องริวใส่ด้วยเลยค่ะ
นี่เลยค่ะ..ตุ๊กตาวอลดอร์ฟแนวเอเชียนของน้องริว โดยเป็นตุ๊กตาเด็กผู้ชายค่ะ ตั้งชื่อให้ว่า “มิลค์”

I spent around 2-3 weeks to hand-sewn, crochet doll wig and making doll clothes for this doll. The process making this waldorf doll is time-consuming even stuffing process.
บิ๋มใช้เวลาในการทำตุ๊กตาตัวนี้ด้วยการเย็บมือ ถักโครเชท์วิก รวมถึงเย็บเสื้อผ้าทั้งหมดประมาณ 2-3 สัปดาห์ค่ะ ซึ่งเป็นกระบวนการที่ใช้เวลาในการทำนานมากทีเดียวค่ะแม้กระทั่งขั้นตอนการยัดใยเพื่อให้ได้ตุ๊กตาที่สวยใช้เวลานานมากค่ะ
However, it’s good experience for myself and for my son in my opinion. As my son has seen me making the doll starting from making doll’s head, and I introduce the doll to him at the head step. So when I finish making this Asian waldorf doll boy, my son loves and adores the doll. This’s made the doll-making process worth itself.
แม้จะใช้เวลามากในการทำ แต่บิ๋มก็คิดว่ามันเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีต่อตัวเองและต่อลูกชายค่ะ เพราะลูกเค้าเห็นตั้งแต่เริ่มเย็บหัวเลยค่ะ บิ๋มก็พาพี่ตุ๊กตาตั้งแต่มีแค่หัวไปแนะนำให้ลูกชายรู้จักเลยค่ะ ดังนั้น พอตอนเย็บพี่ตุ๊กตาเสร็จ เจ้าลูกชายก็รักและตื่นเต้นรวมถึงเห่อมาก หอบหิ้วไปเล่นด้วยเลยค่ะ บิ๋มก็เลยคิดว่ากระบาวนการทำตุ๊กตานี้แม้จะกินเวลานานแต่มันก็มีคุณค่าที่ดีค่ะ
